Join a purpose-driven organization where your leadership shapes the future of manufacturing.The Vice President of Human Resources - Manufacturing is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of BBraun. This position partners with senior leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to foster an accountability-driven culture, enhance employee engagement, and support talent development and retention. It oversees a team of HR Directors, guiding performance and growth, and plays a key role in change management, succession planning, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate brings extensive HR experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness through innovative HR strategies.

Job Function - General:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies, objectives and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensures site level business priorities are met while creating consistency in policy, process and approach across locations.
  • Partner with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (HR COEs) to create an Accountability Culture that drives business results and engages our employees.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of diverse Talent.
  • Utilize change management best practices in collaboration with business leaders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Implement the Talent Management and Succession Planning process with functional business leaders and HR colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the Leader of Talent Acquisition to ensure all talent requirements are achieved.
  • Manage a team of HR Directors, providing direction and identifying development and engagement opportunities which supports and encourages high performance.
  • Collaborate with leaders and employees to resolve complex employee concerns and ensure all are appropriately investigated and documented.
  • Develop and monitor through consistent metrics HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure implementation organizational human resources policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legislation (including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA).
  • Ensure legal compliance with all local laws.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Requires breadth of professional field and industry knowledge. Ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies/concepts through the organization. Drives development of advanced technologies, principles and processes.

Supervision Given and Received: Directs the activities of a broad functional area through division heads who are responsible for planning, budgeting, costs, methods and employees. Determines actual organizational structure and allocation of resources.

Problem Solving: Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.

Contacts/Cooperation: Represents the organization as a prime contact on projects and departmental operations. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines.
