This position partners with senior leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to foster an accountability-driven culture, enhance employee engagement, and support talent development and retention. It oversees a team of HR Directors, guiding performance and growth, and plays a key role in change management, succession planning, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate brings extensive HR experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness through innovative HR strategies. Job Function - General:

Ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies/concepts through the organization. Drives development of advanced technologies, principles and processes. Supervision Given and Received: Directs the activities of a broad functional area through division heads who are responsible for planning, budgeting, costs, methods and employees. Determines actual organizational structure and allocation of resources. Problem Solving: Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience. Contacts/Cooperation: Represents the organization as a prime contact on projects and departmental operations. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
