Job Overview The Assistant, Calendar & Promotional Strategy plays a key role in driving the success of seasonal sales events. They support the development and execution of promotional strategies that enhance sales and customer engagement. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to create compelling sales promotions and ensure seamless execution. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Marketing & Promotional Strategy: Ability to support the development and execution of sales-driving promotions aligned with brand and business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven skill in working with diverse teams across creative, marketing, planning, and pricing to align on promotional messaging and execution. Communication & Messaging Development: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, consistent messaging across multiple customer-facing channels. Project & Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines, track deliverables, and ensure follow-up on action items. Analytical Thinking: Comfortable analyzing event performance data and competitor trends to uncover insights and optimize future promotional strategies. Customer Focus: Deep understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for enhancing the customer experience through promotional storytelling. Creative Briefing & Asset Review: Ability to brief creative teams, facilitate style-out meetings, and manage feedback loops to ensure assets align with event objectives. Attention to Detail: Precision in maintaining promotional calendars, managing brand exclusions, and ensuring compliance with vendor and business guidelines. Initiative & Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas, refresh campaigns, and support evolving business needs. Adaptability & Learning Agility: Enthusiasm for continuous learning, professional development, and adapting to new tools, trends, and business priorities.
