The Field Recruiter position will be a significant contributor to help the company build its field operations talent pipeline. This role drives full life cycle sourcing and recruiting of top talent for Wendy's restaurant management to include Shift Managers, Assistant General Managers and General Managers in the assigned corporate markets. The role is a key recruiting talent partner for Hiring Managers and partners directly with Field HR Business Partners to meet Wendy's evolving staffing needs.

Responsibilities
  • Recruiting & Candidate Experience: Manages sourcing strategies & engages passive candidates when needed. Evaluates resumes and conducts quality phone screens, providing meaningful insights to Hiring Team (Hiring Managers/HRBP's). Facilitates candidate assessments & oversees background check/offer. Manages ATS & Recruiter Tracker, updating notes & ensuring all candidates receive clear, timely communication.
  • Restaurant Management Hiring: Meets hiring goals by market, focusing on the most business-critical sites & influences Hiring Team to elevate talent. Seeks to eliminate bias in the hiring process by identifying candidates with leadership potential.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Business Partnership: Owns & leads bi-weekly meetings with Hiring Team: reviewing/updating market needs, prioritizing requisitions strategically based on business need, and forecasting legislation updates, turnover, & NRO's. Delivers weekly updates to drive communication, awareness and accountability. Makes recommendations to better inform the hiring decision, sharing feedback on overall candidate experience, wage gaps, etc. Onboards new DM's, DAO's, & HRBP's.
  • Continuous Improvement & Project Management: Embodies a Growth Mindset, consistently & proactively research and evaluate new, cost- effective tactics. Stays abreast of industry trends and identifies process improvement. Supports hiring events/job fairs as needed. Leads projects to support business priorities, engaging cross-functional partners when appropriate.
  • Develops Self & Others: Initiates leadership responsibilities, sharing best practices and documenting processes to achieve One Best Way. Seeks to understand Wendy's Business and drive it forward. Engages in professional and personal development, including industry specific trainings, ERG's, etc.


What we expect from you
  • Education: Bachelors Degree, preferred
  • 0 - 2 years of related recruiting experience
  • Ability to develop strong strategic partnerships with leadership teams
  • Relationship building internally and externally with strong networking skills
  • Effective written & verbal communications skills
  • Results orientated with strong organizing & planning skills
  • Knowledge of current Federal and State legislation regarding employment practices
  • Strong business acumen

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. *The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
