Responsibilities: Customer Service: Maintain a functional, staffed customer service area. Provide reception coverage and manage client interactions, including handling difficult customers. Mailroom & Office Support: Perform all mailroom functions (sorting, distributing, and handling mail) and assist with office services like copy requests and work tickets, especially during breaks or coverage. Equipment & Facility Management: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of office equipment, report issues, and oversee general kitchen/pantry appliance upkeep. Coordinate repairs for plumbing, refrigeration, or other facility needs. Backup & Flexibility: Act as a backup for all staff functions and different locations, adapting to changes in duties and coverage as needed. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support for the Nashville * Schedule and monitor the completion of maintenance service requests. * Maintain kitchen supplies and inventories; submit weekly requests. * Keep conference rooms, copy areas, and pantries clean and organized; ensure corridors and freight areas are debris-free. * Assist with in-house moves, including packing, relocating personal belongings, and distributing keys. * Prepare new offices with furniture and nameplates. * Manage furniture installations, removals, repairs, and office painting coordination. * Perform hands-on tasks, such as assembling furniture, rearranging offices, and hanging pictures. * Support executive meetings and events by setting up rooms, furniture, food, and beverages. Assist with event logistics like staging and equipment setup. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 1 to 2 year experience with customer service. 1 to 2 years experience in the corporate environment. 1 to 2 years experience in building services. Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
