Learning and Development Training Integrator - East Hartford/Middletown, CT

V2X Professional Services (VPS) is looking for an early career Learning and Development Training Integrator in the East Hartford and Middletown, Connecticut areas. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of training and other related projects. Assists in other administrative and logistics tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. May coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs.

*This will be an on-site role(At Locations in East Hartford and Farmington, CT)

Other duties include, but are not limited to:

• Data entry into learning and client management systems for tracking requirements, securing approvals, and billing support
• Liaise with clients to identify and gain consensus on requirements, clearly defining scope/deliverables and associated costs.
• Manage the schedule of events for a particular location ensuring all needed components are scheduled/ordered with vendors/partners
• Maintain Program SharePoint sites
• Create and maintain all program-related documentation (program overview guides, internal and external job aids, FAQ/Q&A, notifications & email templates)
• Work within data privacy, export control, and other communications guidelines as needed to ensure proper protocols are followed.
• Provide Level 1 Technical Support for onsite and virtual (Zoom/WebEx) meetings

Required Skills:

• Minimum two years of professional experience supporting learning and project coordination in a customer facing environment
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; examples include:




• Experience analyzing data to generate reports, summarize results, identify trends, identify problems, and suggest solutions
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present the results of analysis in a clear way to influence stakeholders
• Able to use formulas, and generate pivot tables, charts, and graphs in Excel




• Proactive, a self-starter with effective teaming skills
• Demonstrated experience supporting business project management in a customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve problems quickly and effectively
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal business communication skills
• The ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Knowledge of learning and development industry, training/program administration, and classroom/event (virtual /in person) logistics

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Technology, Business Management, or related field
