Job Responsibilities and Requirements Responsibilities Innovate: Develop new materials and conveyance technologies through rigorous testing, design, and manufacturing trials. Validate: Lead mechanical testing, failure analysis, and iterative improvements to de-risk new technology. Design: Create test methods and product concepts in SolidWorks or Creo, leveraging new material capabilities. Collaborate: Gather requirements and align with engineering peers across global teams. Execute: Coordinate manufacturing processes including injection molding, extrusion, and machining. Engage: Travel (<15%) to customer sites to understand real-world applications and environments. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's a plus) 5-10 years engineering experience in new product development, plastics, conveyor systems, part/system design, and validation/testing Strong design-for-manufacturing background Self-managed, creative problem-solver with high quality standards and urgency in execution Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts across diverse teams Willingness to travel (<15%) internationally and domestically What You'll Gain Global Impact - Your work will influence industries worldwide, from food safety to logistics automation.
