Job DescriptionThis Director, VIK Program Management role will work on strategic and operational projects that have large impact across the team, with a particular focus on all things related to our Value-in-Kind (VIK) program. When Visa structures long-term partnership agreements with clients (i.e., 'Deals'), an increasing proportion of the client incentives are structured as a promise of future value-added services, known as 'Value-in-Kind' (VIK). This is a key aspect of Visa's deal strategy - it motivates clients to partner with Visa on programs that help them grow their business, and in turn, helps Visa grow and diversify revenues. This role will help manage the VIK program for North America and help accelerate its growth through end-to-end program management spanning the breadth from strategy and planning to process and operations. The Director, VIK Program Management will directly report to the Vice President of North America Operations. Responsibilities of this role include:

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 180,700.00 to 262,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
