In this role, you'll be at the center of scheduling, tracking, and coordinating production jobs so projects stay on time and on track. Review order details from sales, customer service, or directly from the customer Communicate by phone and email to make sure orders are correct before moving forward Work with sales or customer service to resolve any issues or discrepancies Provide accurate information to the manufacturing team so production can run smoothly Enter data into Star, Tops, and our local ERP system Create and prepare production work orders for the manufacturing floor Coordinate closely with office staff, manufacturing teams, and shipping personnel Keep all records and documentation organized and filed Take on other related tasks as needed
Your Shift 7:30 AM to 4 PM Monday - Friday You Must Have
Solid computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new programs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to read and understand work orders, instructions, and numerical data Good problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel
Requirements Within This Position:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
We Would Also Prefer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or a related production environment, especially in label printing or working with print equipment and material
