Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Operations Manager to join our team of over 1,200 of

the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Job Description:

* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the fire alarm, suppression, security,

and sprinkler divisions.

* Coordinate and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities related to life

safety systems.

* Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure quality and

efficiency.

* Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure projects are

completed on time and within budget.

* Manage and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and training as

needed.

* Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain and improve operational

excellence.

* Play a key role in developing strategies for business growth and expansion.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.

* Communicate status of all operations to the District General Manager.

* Proven experience in managing fire life safety systems operations, in a leadership

In-depth knowledge of fire alarm, suppression, security and sprinkler systems,

including installation, maintenance, and repair processes.

* Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a

team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and

maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
