Positions Available: Multiple EDs across the Lee Health System

Lee Health is seeking an experienced nurse to train clinical staff in our Emergency Department(s). Youll coordinate orientation, training, and competency validation to support our ED teams in delivering exceptional patient care.

What Youll Do:

• Lead ED staff education, training, and competency validation
• Coordinate orientation and ongoing development programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient safety, care quality, and staff satisfaction

Requirements:

• BSN required, Masters preferred
• 3+ years of acute care nursing experience; ED experience preferred (ICU or other acute care areas will be considered)
• Florida RN license and BLS required; ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, or other as required
