Our client is looking for a Talent Operations Analyst to join their HR team! This is a one-year assignment that will require 40 hours/week.
This assignment is fully remote with an option to go on-site in Los Angeles or Seattle when and if desired. REQUIREMENTS: - Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits) with 5-7 years of relevant IT or HR systems experience; Workday experience preferred. - Expertise in HR systems (e.g., HR management, applicant tracking, payroll) with strong skills in configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and system integration. - Proven ability to analyze complex HR processes, translate them into system requirements, and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and performance. - Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, leveraging tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar to provide actionable insights. - Strong project management capabilities, including planning, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support for HR technology initiatives. - Experience providing technical support, training, and documentation to ensure effective system usage and adoption across HR and talent teams. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $70-75 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
