Meet the Team You will be part of Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) organization focused on providing communications support for the CX Product Management and CX Engineering executive leadership. We are passionate about being at the innovative edge of technology, building exciting products that solve our customers' biggest challenges, and taking the CX organization to the next level in the age of AI! Your Impact The successful candidate will be in control of developing a narrative that informs, encourages, and engages internal and external audiences, in line with our organization's vision, strategy, and values. They will employ a range of messaging platforms and channels, including internal and executive communications, customer and partner engagements, social media, newsletters, and industry events. We are seeking an artful writer and skilled strategic communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, compelling language. Our team needs someone with a consistent record of producing high-quality, streamlined content, and a steadfast eye for quality and detail while balancing multiple projects. This role requires regular collaboration with senior leaders in Product and Engineering, as well as Corporate Communications, Marketing, and People & Communities.
