Yard Coordinator - Northwest

We are hiring a Rental Yard Coordinator to help stage equipment to assist haul drivers in loading equipment for delivery.

As the Rental Yard Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure equipment on yard is organized and ready to load for delivery.

Rental Yard Coordinator Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of operating equipment and equipment check points
• Experience with material handling and load movement
• Ability to work independently and follow set directions
• Utilize electronic systems and processes
• Problem solver
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Willing to work outdoors/in non-climate controlled areas, in all weather conditions
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Maintain safety at all times
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Rental Yard Coordinator Role Responsibilities:

• Verify paperwork to ensure haul drivers are loading correct equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment
• Direct haul drivers on where to put equipment returning from rent
• Perform rental check-in process as soon as equipment hits the yard
• General house-keeping throughout the facility
• Assist with wash rack duties
• Assist with getting machines what is needed for make ready
• Audit the rent ready equipment to check the status of equipment on the ready line
• Keep yard/equipment on yard neat, clean, and organized
