The Customer Service Representative will respond to local and national Community Tissue Services' customer needs for tissue products/services in a courteous and efficient manner.
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Receive and document incoming order requests via phone and email and complete data entry on CTMS and Heads Up system accurately.
- Engage customers with exceptional product and service knowledge.
- Prepare tissue for distribution. Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a liaison between customers, distribution, and inventory management team.
- Must be able to direct customer inquiries regarding contracts, billing, or inventory to the proper departments.
- Responsible for consignment and branch inventory control.
- Responsible for handling and documenting graft returns and transfers accurately.
- Able to represent CTS at professional meetings and assist Sales Representatives and Independent Contractors when needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards and ability to convey to clients.
- Fulfill departmental strategies and objectives.
- Perform administrative duties to include maintenance of files and manuals, implementation of standard operating procedures, tracking Employee Document Review forms and ensuring timely completion, stock rotation and data entry.
- Meet KPI's set by management.
- Participate in individual and team projects.
- Responsible for on call/after hour emergencies pertaining to branch and local customers ordering.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Must be highly customer service focused, able to handle inquires, and escalate concerns promptly as needed.
- Must be able to follow directions and serve as a team member.
- Must be able to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
- Must be a self-starter able to perform duties with minimal oversight.
- Must meet minimum acceptable results on attention to detail assessments.
- Heavy lifting required.
- Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
