Where Data Does More. Join the Snowflake team.

Snowflake is looking for a visionary and strategic Marketing Operations leader to architect the future of our revenue funnel and data infrastructure. As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager for Lead and Data Management, you will move beyond process optimization to define and champion the overarching strategy that powers our global demand engine. This highly visible role is responsible for building a scalable, intelligent, and world-class operational foundation that anticipates future growth and technological shifts, including the application of AI. You will act as a key advisor to Marketing and Sales leadership, translating business objectives into a clear technology and data roadmap. Your mission is to build the systems and governance that not only support but actively accelerate revenue growth and empower our entire go-to-market organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for the entire marketing-to-sales funnel, identifying and championing opportunities for significant architectural improvements, process innovation, and technological advancement.

  • Act as the lead strategic partner to Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales Operations leadership, driving alignment on key objectives and ensuring the operational framework scales to meet future revenue goals.

  • Pioneer the exploration and application of new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to create step-function improvements in lead qualification, data enrichment, and funnel efficiency.

  • Present strategy, key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to executive leadership to influence investment and strategic direction.

Funnel Architecture & Optimization:

  • Architect and own the systems and logic governing the end-to-end prospect journey, ensuring a cohesive and intelligent flow across all go-to-market systems.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to analyze and re-imagine funnel performance, moving beyond reporting on bottlenecks to implementing strategic programs that solve them at their root.

  • Establish and preside over a center of excellence for lead management, defining best practices and ensuring their adoption across the organization.

Data Governance & Infrastructure:

  • Design and enforce a comprehensive data governance strategy that ensures the highest standards of data quality, privacy, and accessibility within the Snowflake Data Cloud and our connected GTM systems.

  • Lead the strategy for our data enrichment and hygiene programs, evaluating and deploying tools and processes that provide a significant competitive advantage.

  • Partner with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence leaders to ensure the marketing data infrastructure is not only reliable but also a source of strategic insight for the entire company.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations or a related field, with a clear track record of taking on increasing responsibility and driving strategic initiatives in a high-growth B2B tech environment.

  • Proven experience architecting and owning the go-to-market technology stack, particularly Salesforce, Marketo (or equivalent), and lead management platforms like LeanData.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate executive-level business goals into a concrete operational roadmap and technical requirements.

  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects that have delivered measurable improvements in funnel performance and data quality.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills; the ability to build consensus among senior leaders and drive organizational change without direct authority.

  • Deep expertise in data governance, data modeling, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

  • Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, with the ability to have credible, in-depth conversations with technical teams.

  • A forward-thinking perspective with a keen interest and understanding of how AI and emerging technologies can be applied to marketing operations.
