We are hiring a Senior Java Developer to join our team in Milwaukee (4 days/week)! Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications deployed on AWS. * Build scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, and CloudFormation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality software. * Write and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks. * Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and Git. * Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance using AWS CloudWatch and other observability tools. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and peer code reviews. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Hands-on experience in Java development (Java SE/EE). * Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful services. * Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, and ECS (Or similar cloud technologies) This position is hybrid (4 days/week)! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
