What You'll Do: * Handle inbound and follow-up calls with professionalism and empathy. * Provide support on prior authorizations, general inquiries, and sensitive healthcare information. * Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry. * Navigate and update multiple systems to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping. * Manage a high call volume-50 to 100 calls per day, depending on complexity-while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. What You Bring: * 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years). * Strong background in healthcare, medical, or customer service environments. * Steady work history-no jumpy resumes. * Typing speed of 30+ WPM and solid computer literacy. * Ability to multitask across various systems while staying focused and detail-oriented.
