Sitting within the Marvin Creative Studio, a Senior Production Designer, is responsible for the completeness, accuracy and order of all Studio Assets and outbound final-files. Utilizing your incredible attention to detail and creative eye, the Production team supports Design team counterparts by adapting creative concepts to alternate file types, sizes or forms and builds out final technical files for release. Day-to-day production work spans traditional print, digital, and experiential projects for clients across the enterprise. As a team, our efforts help strengthen the premium positioning of Marvin as the right source for thoughtfully designed and innovative solutions, building on our 100+ year history in the market. If you're a creative collaborator with experience in conceptual thinking and copywriting we're looking for you! Highlights of your role * Own the last-mile experience - quality control, final file and asset release - from the Creative Studio. * Provide consistent creative project ownership via best practices for file naming, storage and asset correction. * Maintain + optimize file and asset storage library for navigation, ease of use and expiration. * Seamlessly integrate into the creative process for file hand-off upon approval to execute final revisions, adaptation, and final file prep. * Partner with Project Management team to manage Dealer / Sales portal(s). * Lead brand guideline stewardship on behalf of the Creative Studio. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) * Deep knowledge of the print production process and fluency across the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat and Figma). * Exceptional sense for color, typography, and photography with a demonstrated eye for design. * Ability to clearly communicate color goal(s) and print expectations to production partners during the pre-press and/or on-press moments. * An incredibly broad portfolio showcasing deep understanding of brand design systems and file production needs across touchpoints (digital, print, interactive, etc.) and throughout the funnel (brand awareness through performance tactics) * Proactive and positive work style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; able to perform well under strict project deadlines. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * 8+ years of experience working within a creative agency environment.
