About The Role: In this opportunity as Product Manager, Global Trade Solutions, you will:
Lead the strategic direction of our global trade solutions, aligning them with industry trends, client needs, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer support, and technical teams, to gather feedback on existing products and identify opportunities for enhancement or new product development. Conduct research and analysis to understand market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer requirements, informing your product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage project timelines, and ensure successful product launches. Define pricing strategy and packaging options for our global trade solutions based on market insights and revenue goals. Develop effective positioning statements, messaging, and collateral for products and services, highlighting their unique value propositions and differentiators. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to global trade management, providing thought leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Identify potential partnership opportunities and collaborations to expand our global trade solutions portfolio and reach wider audiences. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for our global trade solutions, tracking adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on product progress, market developments, and financial performance.
About You: To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Management, or a relevant field. A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, preferably within the technology or software industry. Experience in global trade management solutions is highly desirable. Experience in Global Trade solutions implementation will be considered. Strong understanding of global trade regulations, compliance issues, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Scrum (Agile) domain. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving product success and revenue growth. Team player with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn from others.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $116,900 - $217,100.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
