Job Description Job Summary: The Salesforce Platform Technical Lead will be part of the Data, Technology, and Engineering (DTE) team, supporting Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) systems, as well as integrated Slot management capabilities for patient therapy across Commercial and Supply Chain functions. Role includes collaborating with functional SMEs, understanding business requirements, determining technical requirements, leading solution design and configurations, managing Devops resources ensuring continuous integrations and continuous development/deployments, identifying and mitigating tech debt, overseeing data object model, delivering enhancements, integrations, and contributing to AI driven technology projects and initiatives, ensuring GxP standards are met, operational practices are documented, and operational support as the Salesforce platform and business scales. Pay Range: $138,400 - $207,500Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
