The Database Reporting Manager manage data analysis in support of a variety of analytical and data science solutions. This job oversees the creation and delivery of high-quality analysis, and works to grow analytics and machine learning offerings/solutions. This job partners with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and/or external resources to develop and to implement tools such as segmentation, data modeling, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization. This job also ensures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis. Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: Related Information Technology certification preferred
Experience REQUIRED:
Five (5) years' experience in relevant IT and three years of leadership experience.
Experience PREFERRED:
Ten (10) years' experience in relevant IT field and five years of leadership experience.
Experience with business analytics/data science strongly preferred.
Education/training REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field from an accredited program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Education/training PREFERRED:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field from an accredited program. Related certification preferred

Advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Solid leadership skills.
Well versed in analytics technology, including business intelligence software and SQL.
Ability to build solid relationships with all departments
Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): Ability to manage, to develop and to motivate staff effectively.
