POSITION SUMMARY The AV Service Technician will provide service-level attention to meet customer needs, with keen foresight and knowledge to predict issues before they arise. You may be on point for all types of pre-and post-integration service and support. Your ability to communicate regularly and effectively with your customers, teammates, and internal resources will be paramount to your success. Impyrian looks for core competencies and characteristics of both self-starters balanced with being a team player. You work with integrity with limited direction and supervision and have excellent planning, time management, and communication skills. You are comfortable with proactive communication and providing answers and status updates to the customers' questions before they ask.
