Performs a variety of data compilation synthesis and extrapolation functions related to preparation of meaningful timely and accurate reports for all Clinical Engineering functions throughout the Health System.
Interacts with varying sizes and complexity of databases. Performs detailed analysis of Biomedical Technology service agreements to include utilization rates, make/buy analysis, training return on investment studies, and time and materials risk analysis. Works to align and standardize contracts and provide additional value by leveraging purchasing volume across the Health System. Furthers the biomedical technology strategy by focusing on deployment, training, implementation, and logistics. Provides system administration oversight for the biomedical technology maintenance and management database supporting the Health System hospitals including UVA Hospital, UVA Community Health, Ivy Mountain Surgical Center, Riverside Surgical, and all outpatient entities. Extracts data from the clinical engineering database management system, uses the data to provide detailed analytics on repair and maintenance history to support ongoing operations. This position will not consider candidates who require immigration sponsorship at this time or in the future.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Position Compensation Range: $22.39 - $44.79 HourlyBenefits
