Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) - Post-Acute

Full-Time | 30-39 hours per week | Rotating Saturday | Variable Shifts (may include extended days)

Primary Location: Skilled Nursing Facility - North Providence, RI 02904

Float Locations: Pawtucket Clinic (02860) and Johnston Clinic (02919)

Salary Range: $25.59 - $33.18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Join our Post-Acute Dialysis team and deliver on-site hemodialysis treatments for patients inside a skilled nursing facility (SNF) while supporting nearby in-center clinics as needed. This position offers the best of both worlds-steady full-time hours, schedule variety, and the opportunity to expand your dialysis expertise across multiple care settings.

What You'll Do

  • Provide safe, effective dialysis treatments alongside an RN and nephrology team
  • Set up, monitor, and disinfect dialysis equipment per protocol
  • Record vital signs and treatment data accurately
  • Observe and report patient condition changes promptly
  • Maintain a clean, compliant, and compassionate care environment

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CCHT certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO, or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire
  • BLS certification (current or within 30 days of hire)
  • Completion of facility-specific dialysis training program with demonstrated competency and skills
  • Prior ESRD experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates developing skills toward SNF work
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
