RCM Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques to produce ongoing reports and validate KPI trends.
• Design and maintain databases, data collection systems, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Source data from internal and external systems and maintain organized, reliable data environments.
• Identify patterns and trends in complex datasets to support business decisions.
• Clean and validate data to ensure quality and resolve reporting or coding issues.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize data needs and support strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to data-driven solutions.
• Prepare and deliver monthly client reports in formats aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency inSQLand relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microsoft SSRS, SAP Crystal Reports, and BI platforms like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Experience with statistical tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS.

Preferred:

• Experience working with healthcare data, including clinical, financial, or operational datasets.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analytics, including query development, report writing, and data visualization.
