What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of support for customers filing furniture protection claims. You'll handle both inbound calls and claim processing, ensuring each customer receives professional, empathetic, and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls and process claims (50/50 split) * Provide clear, courteous, and professional communication * Review documentation (photos, receipts) to adjudicate claims * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues * Mentor new team members as needed What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills: * 1-2 years of call center experience (claims or escalated calls preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication * Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism * Comfortable working independently and in a team * Thick skin and confidence to say "no" when necessary Nice-to-Haves: * Claims or insurance experience * Data entry proficiency * Familiarity with Zoom phone systems Disqualifiers: * Inability to manage challenging conversations * Job tenure less than 1 year in previous roles Work Environment * Training: Fully on-site, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM during training/initial duration * Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch * Remote Work: Potential after 90-180 days based on performance * Dress Code: Business casual Perks & Benefits * Growth opportunities within a family of companies * Comprehensive benefits package * 401(k) with up to 10% match * Flexible work arrangements post-training Ready to take the next step in your career? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
