Position Summary

The Occupational Therapy Graduate program is seeking a work-study qualified student to join their staff. Responsibilities include greeting OT graduate students, guest and faculty at front desk, answering department telephone, copying, mailings, preparing documents and spreadsheets, supply organization and ordering, filing, creating labels, assisting with mass mailing as well as sorting day-to-day mail. Experience and knowledge of computer systems is a plus as the student will be producing documents using the Microsoft Suite, and will troubleshoot minor technical difficulties with computers and copiers/printers. Knowledge of campus locations is also a plus as running deliveries and pick-ups on main and HSC campuses will be required.

  • Experience with: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good telephone etiquette, reliable and able to work well either alone or with a team
  • Customer service skills
