Job Summary:

This position is responsible for leading the operational development, implementation, and oversight of virtual care programs and care coordination within the Enterprise Care Logistics Center. This role will continue to evolve the organization's virtual care strategy and care coordination programs to improve access, quality, patient outcomes, and overall care experience. Overseeing teams that integrate digital health innovations and ensuring seamless transitions across care settings.

Position Responsibilities:

Operational oversight and alignment with the organization's strategic vision for all virtual care programs within the Enterprise Care Logistics Center including Tele-sitter, Tele-ICU, and Care Coordination

Identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the virtual clinical care programs of oversight. Monitoring and evaluating KPIs, patient outcomes, and ROI of virtual care and care coordination initiatives. Ensuring all programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Develops and maintains collaborative relationships to promote virtual care services and care coordination. Incorporates research, performance improvement, education and clinical activities to enhance the care of patients.

Develop and manage the budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial sustainability.

Responsible for assuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and governmental agencies (e.g. AAAHC, DOH), including conducting, documenting all necessary educational in-services/competencies and updating policies and procedures. Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to advancing the virtual clinical care programs and patient monitoring services.

Knowledgeable of technological advancements in all virtual clinical care programs. Recommend new technologies or enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Required Experience:

Must have 6-8 years related healthcare leadership experience or relevant health care experience with at least 3 years in a nursing director level leadership role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, organization and conflict resolution. Must possess the ability to lead, change, innovate, and work effectively with diverse groups of people including various healthcare professionals, administrators and various business leaders.

Required Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. MHA or MBA preferred.

Training/Certification/Licensure:

Current New Jersey RN license required. BLS required. Current proof of valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Annual Salary: $114,147 - $188,119 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is eligible to participate in one of Virtua's annual incentive compensation plan (AICP). The amount is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document.
