Business Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

When an organization has multiple moving parts involved in their processes, it can be difficult for them to examine their processes critically. If they want to learn how to become more efficient and successful, they need a specialist with in-depth project management experience who will take the time to learn their business end-to-end and provide them with ways to change for the better. That's why we need you, a Senior Business Analyst, who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the steps to improve their process.

As a Senior Business Analyst on our team, you'll analyze your client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement, as well as execute on leadership driven processes. You'll analyze discussions with leadership that will help refine your client's definition of success and identify current frustrations and resolutions. You'll work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate meetings, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using a variety of data approaches and data analytics tools to help establish understanding and agreement from key decision makers. On our team, you'll use a variety of process improvement frameworks from your own tool kit to provide your client with recommendations along with a solid grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect, and provide accurate and complete reporting on client activities, metrics, and accomplishments. You'll also use your expertise in project management aligned with industry standards to plan and monitor recommended and implemented improvements. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience working in an engineering and technical environment conducting management of documentation, software systems, templates, and example documents
• Experience with project management
• Experience with conducting data analytics and creating data visualizations
• Experience with gathering requirements and converting them into solutions
• Experience with developing strategic communications for executive management
• Experience with SharePoint, Excel, Power Bi, or Visio
• Ability to work with independently with little oversight in direct support of client leadership
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement agencies
• Experience drafting Interagency Agreements (IAAs) or Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs)
• Experience collecting requirements and drafting purchase requests for government agencies
• Knowledge of explosives, explosive precursors, Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), or explosive chemistry
• Knowledge of security screening
• Knowledge of detection technologies and security screening domains, such as types, CONOPS, and processes, and workflows in primary and secondary screening

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
