Business Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: When an organization has multiple moving parts involved in their processes, it can be difficult for them to examine their processes critically. If they want to learn how to become more efficient and successful, they need a specialist with in-depth project management experience who will take the time to learn their business end-to-end and provide them with ways to change for the better. That's why we need you, a Senior Business Analyst, who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the steps to improve their process. As a Senior Business Analyst on our team, you'll analyze your client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement, as well as execute on leadership driven processes. You'll analyze discussions with leadership that will help refine your client's definition of success and identify current frustrations and resolutions. You'll work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate meetings, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using a variety of data approaches and data analytics tools to help establish understanding and agreement from key decision makers. On our team, you'll use a variety of process improvement frameworks from your own tool kit to provide your client with recommendations along with a solid grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect, and provide accurate and complete reporting on client activities, metrics, and accomplishments. You'll also use your expertise in project management aligned with industry standards to plan and monitor recommended and implemented improvements. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
