From your PASSION to ours Lactalis/Commonwealth Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Wastewater Tech based in Brattleboro. We are seeking skilled and experienced Wastewater CIP (clean in place) Technicians to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our wastewater treatment equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater treatment and a passion for ensuring that our systems are operating at peak efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing duties and making process decisions to manage the quality of treated effluent at our Yogurt Factory. This role requires the ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose plant processing pumps, piping, tanks, and equipment Will Train Onsite Earn Your Vermont Certification Diary II Specific License This a 12 hour Rotating Schedule 6pm - 6am (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun - Wed, Thu) From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: - Perform routine maintenance/troubleshooting on wastewater treatment equipment and systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols - Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all systems are operating at peak efficiency If you are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3 years' experience in wastewater treatment preferred, but not mandatory.
