About the Role We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Estate Collections Specialists. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to manage and collect on deceased debt accounts, helping families navigate estate-related financial matters with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to collect on deceased debt accounts in accordance with policies and training. * Meet daily productivity and collection goals. * Maintain and manage a queue of accounts with regular follow-up and documentation. * Conduct fact-finding conversations to locate estate information and identify potential payment sources. * Establish payment arrangements with urgency and clear deadlines. * Perform skip-tracing using tools and techniques provided during training. * Assist with special projects as needed.
