What We're Looking For: We're seeking a proactive, service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You'll assist in oversee daily recreation operations, support team performance, and ensure every guest interaction on the pool deck reflects our high standards for safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. Who You Are:

- Passionate about safety, service, and mentoring others
What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily operations of the pool, cabanas, and recreation areas
- Lead, coach, and train lifeguards and pool attendants, promoting excellence and accountability
- Ensure consistent adherence to safety procedures, including emergency readiness
- Greet guests, support towel service, and ensure consistent delivery of amenities
- Oversee the setup, refresh, and tear-down of cabanas and poolside
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the swimming pool deck and fitness center, reporting any concerns
- Ensured towel inventory, pool deck cleanliness, and service efficiency is maintained
- Lead or assist with poolside retail, POS procedures, and lost and found protocols
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training
- Promote teamwork and uphold Loews standards of appearance, communication, and conduct
- Perform additional duties and support other departments as needed
- Attend department meetings and complete assigned training sessions
- Comply with hotel standards, uniform guidelines, and grooming policies
- Other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Includes:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong guest service and leadership skills
- Previous lifeguard experience required
- Must maintain current lifeguard certification, including passing written and physical exams
- Ability to meet monthly in-service training and physical readiness requirements
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous supervisory experience, preffered
