Implements manpower, systems, and corporate projects designed to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues and improve customer service. Participates in the development and implementation of operating plans and conducting studies and preparing data for use and analysis by engineers and operations. Transform business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence. Associate Engineer Specialist BS degree/equivalent in computer science, math, or other quantitative discipline. Good analytical and communication skills. Engineer Specialist Bachelor's degree/equivalent in computer science, math or other quantitative discipline. Three (3) years related experience in information analysis, systems analysis/implementation and project management. Strong analytical, computer and communication skills. Sr Engineer Specialist BS degree/equivalent in computer science, math or other quantitative discipline. Six (6) years related experience in information analysis, systems analysis/implementation and project management. Strong analytical, computer and communication skills. Project Engineer Specialist BS degree/equivalent in computer science, math or other quantitative discipline. Eight (8) years related experience in information analysis, systems analysis/implementation, solutions development, and project management. Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting. Strong analytical, computer and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
