*Position*: Remote Customer Service Representative
Equipment is provided by the company *Pay Rate*: $16/HR *9 Month Contract to Hire* (Long-term & Permanent opportunity) *Schedule*: Fully Remote 3 available schedules (Please Read) 1. Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm ET (Sat & Sun off) 2. Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-4:30 pm ET & Sat 8:45 am-5:15 pm ( Fri & Sun off) 3. Tuesday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET & Saturday 8:45 am-5:15 pm (Sun & Mon off) As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals navigating teacher certification programs. You'll provide support through phone, chat, email, and web uploads-ensuring every interaction is clear, helpful, and empathetic. *Responsibilities Will Include:* * Responding to inquiries across multiple programs and communication channels. * Understanding customer needs and delivering accurate, timely assistance. * Using internal systems, websites, and published materials to resolve issues. * Escalating complex technical problems when needed. * Maintaining detailed records in our CRM system. * Following security protocols and service quality standards. * Supporting additional tasks that contribute to our mission. *Qualifications & Requirements:* * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Comfort working independently in a remote setting. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM systems and online tools. * A customer-first mindset and a collaborative spirit. * Previous experience in customer service or education is a plus! *Additional Information:* * *100% remote*-work from anywhere in the U.S. * Join a passionate, education-focused team. * Make a meaningful impact supporting teachers and learners. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * A culture of collaboration, respect, and purpose. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
