Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Workers in Shakopee, MN, and we're looking for motivated individuals ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have at least 6 months of warehouse experience and enjoy staying active on the job, this role could be a great match.

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed

Responsibilities:



  • Receive, sort, and process incoming inventory
  • Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move and stage materials
  • Palletize, shrink-wrap, and load orders onto refrigerated trailers
  • Restock pick areas and verify order accuracy
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Perform tasks in cold or freezer environments as needed
  • Support additional warehouse duties as assigned



Requirements:



  • Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience
  • Comfortable working in cold/freezer conditions
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
  • Prior forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
