A&P Field Technician - Travel Bench (LEAP Engine Program) Location: Remote / U.S.-Based (Travel Required) Overview Join our vetted A&P contractor travel bench to support urgent LEAP engine field work across North and South America. This is an on-call, travel-based role-ideal for experienced mechanics seeking flexible, project-driven assignments. Key Responsibilities Deploy within 24-72 hours for AOG or scheduled field assignments. Perform hands-on maintenance on LEAP, V2500, PW1100G, and CFM56 engines, including module-level work, MPA runs, APU services, and inspections. Collaborate with field supervisors and team leads on assignments. Ensure compliance with FAA repair station standards and safety protocols. Support deployments typically ranging from 4-7 days. Qualifications Active FAA A&P License. Minimum 3+ years of turbine engine or AOG field service experience (LEAP, V2500, PW1100G, CFM56). Valid passport and ability to travel on short notice. Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable in field environments. Must successfully complete a background check and onboarding prior to first deployment.
