Clearance Level: TS/SCI with CI Poly US Citizenship: Required Job Classification: Full-time Location: Ft Meade, MD Travel: NCR Years of Experience: 6+ Years Education Level: Bachelors Briefly Describe the Work: GITI is seeking a Senior System Engineer (Site Lead) with experience in Cyber Tool Development efforts, team management, and customer collaboration to support adopting, implementing, and continuously improving Cyber Tool Development practices across multiple teams and projects. Successful candidates for this role must have critical thinking skills, and be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about delivering Cyber Tools.
- Will lead cyber tool development for MARFORCYBER
- Guide, coach, and mentor Cyber Tool Developer teams in Agile practices.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve any issues and communicate with Government stakeholders.
- Optimize team processes and workflows to support efficient use of resources, time, and effort, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project-related issues to stakeholders and technical leads proactively and effectively, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Demonstrate the ability to research and apply new tools, techniques, and solution approaches in Cyber Tool Development. Continually learn and improve your skills by sharing with others and using available training sources.
Required Skills:
- Leading and Managing complex cyber software development projects
- Understanding of operational cyber missions, TTPs, and challenges, together with a desire to bring advanced technology to bear to address them
- Experience with Cyber Tool Development projects for USCYBERCOM J9, Service Cyber Components, or similar customers.
- Experience supporting Product Management, developing and prioritizing product strategy, requirements (functional and non-functional), allocating appropriate resources, collaborating with Stakeholders (Customers, suppliers, development teams, end users, etc), and managing release schedules for major and minor releases.
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting one or more of Product Manager, Marine Corps Cyber Operations (PdM MCCO), MARFORCYBER G9 DOG, USCYBERCOM J9, CMF/CST, JCW
- Working knowledge of cyber operations and application development.
