The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for independently managing user access across the organization's systems and applications, with a focus on ensuring secure and appropriate access to sensitive data. Key responsibilities include provisioning and deprovisioning user access, conducting access reviews, troubleshooting access issues, and maintaining compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Manages user accounts and permission access in the identity and access management (IAM) system to ensure accurate and timely user access updates based on business requirements and security standards.

Oversees the granting or denial of access to systems by evaluating user roles and privileges, adhering to security policies and access control guidelines.

Creates and maintains user groups in the identity and access management system, ensuring appropriate membership and access rights for efficient user management.

Enforces company policies and procedures related to identity and access management, including user authentication, password management, and access request processes.

Oversees the analysis, identification, and investigation of any suspicious or unauthorized activities to mitigate potential threats and protect sensitive data.

Independently resolves Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system issues, identity and access management issues, providing support and contributing to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and controls.

Designs and builds records and maintains user and provider access, collaborates with application team members and Medical Staff Services.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5 Years

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: CompTIA (CYSA+)
