We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our market leading team who provide performance and analytics consulting services to clients to help them improve their performance and sales.

This role has the flexibility to be hybrid working from both our New York City office and from home.

What the day will look like

Our relationship managers are passionate about helping our clients succeed and manage client relationships with over 90 sell-side brokers independently - this includes delivering quarterly analytics and benchmark products, along with advising clients on trends, performance, and best practices.

They have exceptional communication skills, an ability to independently originate and execute on projects, are highly organised, and can confidently interact with clients of all seniority in the Financial Services industry. These attributes, alongside a deep knowledge of Equities, are critical to our continued success.

  • Independently manage and develop banking and brokerage firm relationships to sell and deliver the Revenue GPS product and related projects.
  • Deliver quarterly analytics, including advising clients on trends, performance, and best practices.
  • Actively engage with our data & analytics to identify the story and communicate key findings to clients.
  • Research existing and emerging trends in banking and capital markets and our clients' business.
  • Structure and deliver consulting engagements that leverage Revenue GPS' proprietary data and analytics to solve client growth and profitability challenges.
  • Develop new service offerings that meet the industry's evolving needs.
  • Partner with the wider Human Capital Solutions team to integrate a complementary consulting offering.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven relationship management/consulting experience in banking, capital markets or broader financial services industry (previous equities experience a plus).
  • Strong data analytical skills including deriving meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team while handling multiple projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills including strong verbal and written communication.
  • Quick learner, independent thinker, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Derivatives knowledge / experience a plus.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelors and/or Masters in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or other relevant field of study, with proven academic excellence.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $130,000 - $160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
