Job Function - General: A Benefits Director is a senior-level leader who designs, implements, and manages all employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This role involves strategic planning, vendor management, communication and leadership of a team. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive benefits strategies aligned with B. Braun goals and objectives. * Program Design: Creating, evaluating and improving employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans insurance, retirement plans and other perks. * Vendor Management: Selecting and managing relationships with benefits providers, brokers and consultants in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. * Compliance: Ensuring all benefits program comply with federal, state and local regulations, such as ERISA, ACA and HIPAA. * Communications: Partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure seamless communications to different employee and manager groups. Communicating benefits information to employees, including open enrollment, plan changes and eligibility requirements. * Budget Management: Developing and managing the benefits budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost saving opportunities. * Team Leadership: Leading and developing a team of benefits professionals providing guidance and support. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide, advise and coach both the benefits team and broader HRBP groups to ensure consistent compliant support is provided to all employees. * Data Analysis: Analyzing benefits utilization data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements. * Employee Support: Interacting regularly with employees to resolve issues and answer questions. * Continuous Improvement: Staying up to date on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's benefits programs remain competitive and effective. Education and Professional Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

10 years of experience in benefits administration and management, including experience with global benefits programs.

$180, 000 - $200,000 #LI #IND123 #DL

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
