The Assembler is responsible for performing any or all of the following job duties as assigned: Hand/Laser Marking Bonding Packing Masking/De-masking Material Handling Go/No Go Testing X-ray/AOI Photographs Wash Boards Mechanical Assembly Routing Mechanical Rework Board Cleaning Operator Self Inspection Part Tinning Component Prep Complex Box Builds Coating Coating touch-up experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Performs assessment of product quality. Keeps work area clean and orderly. Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment. Vision corrected to 20/20 Requirements: High school education or equivalent Successful completion of the following training programs (which are provided): ESD & Class 0 Certification Component Identification Training Layout Training Right-To-Know Training Moisture Sensitive Devices Trained to IPC & J-STD certifications Component/PWB Handling Move Safe Product Part Installation Operator Self Inspection Standing for extended periods of time may be required Infrequent lifting and moving of material over 25 pounds and up to 60 pounds Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary.
