Seasonal Production Supervisor

The salary range for this role is:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading a small team of production employees during the processing season.
• Help monitor workflow and support team members to meet daily production goals.
• Reinforce safety procedures and report any unsafe behavior or conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding task updates.
• Support training of new seasonal workers on basic job duties and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete basic reports or documentation as assigned.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality, maintenance) to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Certifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Years of Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is required.

Skills

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for long periods.
• Must be flexible with shift hours and available for weekends or overtime during peak season.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Shift schedules may include days, nights, weekends, or holidays.
