Overview
The Customer Service Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts and ensuring a smooth and responsive customer experience. This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. The Customer Service Manager will also coordinate the ordering and processing of materials, manage order changes and returns, and handle back charges as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Customer Service Strong Communication Skills Detail Oriented Reporting and Data Entry, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Scheduling Interface with sales team and customers, providing updates on pricing, delivery, and schedules. Facilitate the resolution of problems and issues between customers and production. Direct order entry/processing, ensuring orders are entered and released in a correct and efficient manner. Invoicing and account reconciliation, including pricing term updates and late payment follow up. Schedule based on design, production, and delivery capabilities. Other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Word Processing Software Spreadsheet Software Internet Software Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e., policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group of associates or customers. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field preferred |
