Job Summary

The Clinical Implementation Regional Manager is responsible for providing first level coordination and support to the Clinical Implementation Team.

Duties & Responsibilities



  • Serve as the direct resource of support for all Clinical Implementation Team members.
  • Work directly with all applicable Implementation Teams and others to coordinate implementations.
  • Work directly with all applicable Implementation Teams to enforce compliance of Implementation Team Best Practices and Procedures.
  • Develop and modify applicable Team Processes and Procedures as necessary to adjust to various healthcare environments.
  • Present a positive/professional leadership image reflective of Masimo Corporation.
  • Collaborate with GPES to deploy Team Best Practices.
  • Provide active and on-going participation in Global Professional sessions.
  • Coach and mentor new hire Clinical Implementation Team members during the field training portion of the new hire training process.
  • Maintain training progress records on new hires.
  • Perform all applicable administrative tasks for direct reports. For example, approving/denying expense reports.
  • Direct, plan, delegate and manage department budget and staff including hire, promote, demote, reclassify or terminate employees, write and conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions plans, make salary decisions, create training and employee development plans, and handle departmental employee relations issues.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.


Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications



  • Demonstration of leadership qualities.
  • Licensed Health Care Professional.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must be PC literate.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Managerial/Leadership experience.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to travel extensively.
  • Ability to maintain an extensive travel schedule.
  • Ability to plan, organize and deliver educational presentations to employees.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and focusing on critical deliverables.
  • Ability to interact with others in a professional and productive manner utilizing effective communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Two or more years of Critical Care experience.


Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse is preferred.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000- $130,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 15% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Must be able to travel extensively, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
