We're seeking a highly organized and strategic Dealer Digital Program Manager to oversee the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) Dealer Digital Program. This role serves as the primary liaison between the CDJR brand teams and our digital execution team. You'll be responsible for aligning brand initiatives with dealer digital presence, managing third-party vendor relationships, and ensuring consistent, brand-compliant website experiences across our dealership network. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CDJR brand teams and the internal/external digital teams
- Translate brand strategy and directives into clear, actionable digital initiatives for dealership websites
- Review and approve third-party vendors for website tools and services, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements
- Manage and track digital program budgets, providing oversight and recommendations as needed
- Support dealer escalations by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and brand stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
- Oversee multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
- Make final decisions regarding digital content, functionality, and third-party integrations on dealer websites
- Maintain documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across dealership sites
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the dealer digital ecosystem
- Website optimization skills
- Understanding of user journeys through the sales funnel to create quality sales leads
- Dealer-Connect Digital Dealer website content and security support
- One Trust administrator supporting departmental privacy policies
- FCA Digital Certified Website design and content support
- Maintain a working relationship with other supporting departments such as Mopar, Certified Used Vehicles, Sales, Fleet, Commercial vehicles, and Brand Marketing Teams.
- Understand and support all website Data and incentive feeds that provide data and content to the dealer networks
- Have experience with asset development and optimization
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, program management, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive brand compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and brand leadership
- Proven track record of managing multiple vendors and complex digital initiatives
- Experience with budgeting and financial oversight for large-scale programs
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confidence in decision-making and ability to balance brand priorities with dealer needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CDJR digital tools, platforms, or programs is a strong plus
- Automotive retail, vendor, agency or OEM experience
- Experience working with dealer website platforms (e.g., CDK, Dealer.com, Sincro)
- Familiarity with compliance processes and digital advertising policies
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed organization
