Description MaineHealth CorporateManagement/Leadership Summary: The Director, Brand Operations leads the Design, Multimedia, and Events functions within the Marketing and Communications Department. This role ensures consistent, high-quality representation of the MaineHealth brand across all mediums-visual, verbal, and virtual. Responsibilities include overseeing content creation, production, and distribution across multiple channels, including video, events, design, education modules, social content, and merchandising. The Director manages team operations, project workflows, budget, and vendor relationships, while fostering collaboration across departments. A strategic and integrative thinker, the Director drives change and alignment across functions to support enterprise-wide goals. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
