Position Title: Early Psychosis Intervention Clinician Position Summary: The clinician will deliver comprehensive care through social skills training, structured behavioral interventions, weekly patient and family groups, and psychoeducation. Additional responsibilities include helping clients access necessary entitlements through state agencies, assisting with practical needs such as connecting to primary care providers and financial management, and conducting outreach in the community. This position requires frequent in-person engagement with patients and their families across various settings, including the clinic, community, and patients' homes. The clinician will also provide counseling and rehabilitative therapy to individuals with psychiatric and substance use needs, conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress. Salary Range: Minimum $34.11/hour - Maximum $56.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
