ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Programs - AI & Data Signal in Majors Acceleration you will be responsible for devising the strategy and building prototypes based on AI Reasoning on the large volume of our business data to achieve:Advanced Data Interpretation & Analysis: Identify opportunities to know our customers better than they know themselves. Leverage the vast volume of telemetry data, marketing signals, and operation records to derive actionable insights.Decision Support via AI Reasoning: Action-trigger to steer the best course of action for our frontline colleagues, empowering their execution with precision and insight to meet customers' unarticulated demands at the right time at the right place.Enhanced Business Intelligence: Identify leading and lagging indicators based on behaviors and patterns detected in the peer industry group and geographical location. Interpret dashboards, forecast trends, simulate what-if scenarios, and generate executive summaries.Operations & Process Automation: Implement visions and ideas into working prototypes for field testing; take learnings from pilots to contribute back into our broader CE&S Digital and AI acceleration effort.
