What You'll Be Doing


  • Support the design and development of product enhancements and adaptations to improve quality, performance, and cost-efficiency.



  • Conduct lab testing and qualification of components and systems to meet global standards such as UL and IEC.



  • Analyze field failures and support root cause investigations and corrective actions for improved reliability.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and safety, to ensure seamless product integration and support.



  • Contribute to cost-down initiatives through technical analysis, specification updates, and test planning.



What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; coursework in power electronics or related fields is a plus.



  • 0-3 years of experience in product design, development, or electrical engineering research.



  • Familiarity with IGBTs, power semiconductors, analog/control circuits, magnetics, or filters (knowledge of at least two areas required).



  • Hands-on lab experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, meters, and function generators.



  • Proficiency in tools such as Matlab, MathCad, Pspice, and general PC-based engineering software.



  • Ability to read engineering drawings and communicate technical information clearly in English.



  • Knowledge of variable frequency drives or inverter design is preferred but not required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000- $85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
