KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, IBS to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize the use of various Niche Software applications; analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Niche Application ecosystem
  • Own and manage the lifecycle of integration-related ServiceNow requests, ensuring timely creation, tracking, and resolution; act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (GoAnywhere, Networking, Firewall, DMG, DSG) to coordinate integration activities and remove blockers
  • Facilitate and document integration requirements, timelines, and dependencies across teams; monitor progress of integration tasks and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery; maintain detailed records of integration workflows, approvals, and change management processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal security, networking, and data governance standards during integration efforts; collaborate with project managers and product owners to align integration timelines with broader program goals
  • Support audit and reporting needs by maintaining accurate documentation of integrated activities and approvals; identify opportunities to streamline integration processes and improve cross-team collaboration
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment of system functionality with business goals; conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower our teammates
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in IT project coordination, systems integration, or infrastructure operations; proven experience managing ServiceNow workflows and requests
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge is preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and platforms such as GoAnywhere, firewalls, and networking protocols; strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and security principles
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities; experience working in cross-functional environments with technical and non-technical teams
